LogiConn is responsible for their operation, development, and management and provides users with innovative technologies for their digital needs.

The services offered by LogiConn enable users to create, share, and interact with content. LogiConn ensures that all content complies with applicable legal regulations and community guidelines and is committed to creating a safe and transparent environment.

By registering and using the LogiConn services, the user agrees to these General Terms and Conditions. Users must actively confirm during registration that they have read and accepted these terms to ensure legal clarity. These terms form the contractual basis between LogiConn and the user.

Changes or additions to these GTC will be communicated to the user at least 30 days before they take effect via email or through the platform. Users must actively agree to significant changes. If a user does not agree, they have the right to terminate their account without further obligations before the changes take effect. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified GTC.

The use of LogiConn services is subject to the company’s privacy policy, which governs the handling of personal data and ensures the protection of users’ privacy. LogiConn is committed to complying with all data protection requirements in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

LogiConn reserves the right to change, restrict, or completely discontinue its platforms or individual services at any time. Users will be informed in a timely manner via email or through the platform about significant changes. This includes technical adjustments, economic decisions, or regulatory requirements. In the event of a permanent discontinuation of certain services, any payments already made will be refunded proportionally if applicable.

Examples include specific terms of use for mobile apps, AI-powered systems, TV apps, and other software solutions. These product-specific GTC may differ from the terms listed here and contain specific regulations that apply exclusively to the respective product or service. Users are required to read and accept these product-specific GTC before using the respective product or service.

2. Usage Rights for Content and Products

Users grant LogiConn the right to use the content they publish for the provision, improvement, and promotion of services. This license ends when the content is deleted or the account is deactivated unless the content has already been shared by other users.

Users confirm that they have all necessary rights to the content they upload and do not violate the rights of third parties. In the event of copyright infringements, the user alone is liable.

LogiConn reserves the right to remove content without prior notice if it violates applicable laws, community guidelines, or ethical standards.

All digital products, applications, software, and content provided by LogiConn are protected by copyright. This also applies to all images and texts used on the platform. The images used come from legally sound sources, particularly from “Freepik.” Texts are created using AI-powered technologies. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of this content is strictly prohibited.
Users who violate these guidelines will be notified and given the opportunity to remedy the violation. In cases of continued or serious violations, LogiConn will take legal action, including the possibility of blocking access to services and asserting claims for damages. Copyright infringement complaints can be submitted via the provided contact channels, and all complaints will be processed according to a specified review process.

2.5
The use of LogiConn products is only permitted within the intended purposes and in accordance with these GTC. Any attempt to decompile, modify, or copy the products constitutes a violation.

3. Code of Conduct

3.1
Users commit not to publish content that promotes or contains violence, hate, discrimination, pornography, illegal activities, or other inappropriate topics.

3.2
The use of automated systems or bots to upload content, distribute spam, or manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited.

3.3
LogiConn reserves the right to take measures such as warnings, temporary or permanent suspensions, or legal actions in the event of violations. Repeated violations may lead to a permanent suspension of the user account.

 4. Data Protection and Data Processing

4.1
LogiConn processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR, and stores it only as long as it is required for the provision of services or as required by legal regulations.

4.2
Users have the right to request information about stored data, correct incorrect data, or have their data completely deleted. Requests can be submitted via the privacy page or customer support.

4.3
LogiConn is committed to implementing appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

4.4
To improve services and develop new features, LogiConn may analyze user data. This includes data such as interactions with the platform, preferences, and usage behavior. By default, this data is anonymized or aggregated to ensure user privacy. Individually identifiable information will only be used when necessary for the provision of specific functions and always in strict compliance with applicable data protection laws.

To enhance the quality of provided content, LogiConn uses certain data to optimize and train its AI-powered systems. This data is processed and stored in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Individual tracking of users is excluded.

Deleted data is irreversibly removed and cannot be restored. Backups created for internal purposes will also be completely deleted within a specified period. Users are informed that data may remain in backups for up to 90 days after deletion but will only be used for security and recovery purposes.

5. Changes to the GTC

5.1
LogiConn reserves the right to change the GTC at any time. Changes take effect no earlier than 30 days after notifying users. Significant changes that affect users’ rights or obligations require active user consent. If a user does not explicitly agree, they have the right to terminate their account before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified GTC.

If a user does not agree to the modified terms, they have the option to terminate their account. In this case, no further fees will be charged.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

LogiConn assumes no responsibility for content published by users and is not liable for the accuracy or completeness of such content.

6.2
The services are provided “as is” without explicit or implied warranties regarding availability, security, or error-free operation. However, LogiConn makes reasonable efforts to ensure high quality and stability of the services. Liability limitations apply within legally permissible limits and do not affect mandatory consumer rights.

6.3
LogiConn is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or unavailability of the services.

6.4
LogiConn assumes no liability for damages resulting from unauthorized use, imitation, or manipulation of the provided products and software.

7. Final Provisions

7.1
If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision will be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

7.2
The law of the country in which LogiConn is based applies.

7.3
The place of jurisdiction for disputes is the registered office of LogiConn.
