3.3 Users are solely responsible for the content they publish and confirm that they hold all necessary rights.

3.5 Repeated violations may lead to permanent account suspension.

4. Comments
4.1 Comments must not contain offensive or misleading content.

5. Creating Stories and Reels
5.1 Stories and reels may only be created using original or licensed content. Content containing hate, violence, or other inappropriate themes will be removed.
5.2 Stories and reels must not be used for political purposes, religious purposes, the promotion of illegal individuals, prohibited content, unverified products, or financial offers.
5.3 Users can control who can view their stories (e.g., public, friends).
5.4 Content in stories and reels must not violate the copyright laws of the country where they are uploaded or viewed.
5.5 Commercial content must be clearly labeled as such.
5.6 YekBûn reserves the right to remove stories and reels that receive complaints or violate guidelines. Users will be notified of the removal and may appeal.

6. Creating Wishes & Greetings
6.1 Wishes & Greetings are intended solely for respectful and non-commercial messages.
6.2 Content used for political purposes, religious purposes, the promotion of illegal individuals, prohibited content, unverified products, or financial offers is not permitted.
6.3 Content must comply with community standards and must not contain advertising.
6.4 Users may report inappropriate content, which will be reviewed and removed by LogiConn if necessary.

7. Moderation and Enforcement
7.1 YekBûn reserves the right to review and remove inappropriate content without prior notice.
7.2 Repeated violations of guidelines may lead to account suspension.

- Academics: Premium membership with unrestricted access to all features, including channel management and advanced analytics.

2. Music

- Share music with other registered users without financial gain.
- Use music for social and cultural purposes, as long as it aligns with community standards.
- Use music in stories and reels as background for posts.
2.2 Users may listen to music exclusively for personal purposes. Downloading is not permitted.
2.3 Subscribed users may recommend music to friends and family who are also registered on YekBûn.
2.4 Any use outside the YekBûn platform or for commercial purposes, including sales, distribution, or public performance, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences.

3. Video
3.1 Users may upload videos to the platform, provided they do not violate copyright or personal rights of third parties.
3.2 Downloading, capturing screenshots, or screen recording of videos is not allowed. Uploaded content may only be consumed within the platform.
3.3 Videos must not contain illegal, violent, pornographic, or discriminatory content.
3.4 Violations of these provisions may result in immediate removal of the video and suspension of the account.
3.5 Users must clearly label their content as personal or commercial.
3.6 Content may be reported if it violates platform guidelines or applicable law. Complaints will be reviewed by YekBûn.

4. Live Stream
4.1 Only Cultivated Users may conduct live streams with restrictions. Academics have unrestricted access.
4.2 Live streams must not contain content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
4.3 Violations may result in suspension or deletion of the user account.

5. Channels
5.1 Channels allow users to provide content to a broader community. The content must comply with community guidelines and must not include copyrighted or sensitive data without explicit third-party permission.
5.2 Academics have unrestricted capabilities to create and manage channels. They can publish content, manage subscribers, and utilize advanced analytics. Academics must fully verify their identity and qualifications before use.
5.3 Cultivated Users have limited access to channel functions. They have basic publishing tools but with restrictions on reach, monetization, and administrative rights. Additional verification processes may expand these permissions.
5.4 Academics must provide YekBûn-accepted proof of their qualifications or business activities for channel verification. These proofs must be authentic and complete. Fake or insufficient proofs will result in immediate suspension or deletion of the channel and the associated user account.
5.5 Channels must not contain content that violates applicable laws, copyrights, or community guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, content that promotes violence, discrimination, pornography, or illegal activities. The platform conducts regular reviews to ensure compliance with guidelines.
5.6 Channel operators are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with the guidelines and must ensure that published content does not violate third-party rights. YekBûn assumes no liability for violations caused by users.
5.7 As a security measure, YekBûn reserves the right to review users' previous channel activities or activities on other platforms. Based on this information, permission to create a new channel may be granted or denied.
5.8 Complaints and reports about channels will be processed according to a defined internal review process. Violations may lead to immediate restriction, removal, or suspension of a channel. Operators will be informed of any actions taken.
5.9 YekBûn reserves the right to remove or restrict channels without prior notice if violations are detected or complaints are received from users. An appeal against suspension is possible within 14 days of notification.
5.10 Violations of channel guidelines may lead to channel suspension or deletion as well as permanent deactivation of the associated user account.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the Cultur Section

1. Scope
1.1 These GTC govern the use of the Culture Section on the YekBûn platform, a project of the company LogiConn. The Culture Section includes various subcategories, including History, Surveys, Donation, and Events. Users agree to these terms and conditions by using these features.
1.2 The YekBûn platform differentiates between three user types:
- Educated Users: Free membership with limited access to features.
- Cultivated Users: Paid membership with extended rights, including content creation.
- Academics: Premium membership with unrestricted access to all features, including channel management and advanced analytics.

2. History
2.1 The History section includes two categories:
historical figures and past events. All content, including texts, voices, and images, is created using LogiConn's AI technology and remains the property of LogiConn. The content in this section is maintained and managed by YekBûn administrators.
2.2 YekBûn assumes no liability for potential content errors or inaccuracies. Users may report potential errors through a reporting function, and YekBûn reserves the right to review and update the content if necessary.
2.3 The use, reproduction, or distribution of created content is only permitted within the YekBûn platform. Any external use requires the explicit approval of YekBûn - LogiConn.
2.4 Capturing screenshots or screen recordings of content in the History section is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in legal consequences.
2.5 Only Cultivated Users and Academics are allowed to post comments in the History section. Other users can only view the content.

3. Surveys
3.1 Surveys are created using LogiConn's AI technology and are based on cultural aspects of the Kurdish community. The questions cover topics such as traditions, cultural customs, preferences in music, literature, and art, as well as societal values. Users may participate in surveys but must not manipulate or falsify content.
3.2 The AI-generated voices, texts, and images within the surveys are the intellectual property of LogiConn - YekBûn. Any use or distribution outside of LogiConn - YekBûn is strictly prohibited without written permission.
3.3 Complaints or legal actions against survey content due to inaccurate representations are excluded, as all content is created according to YekBûn's internal rules. Users may report potentially inappropriate or incorrect content via the reporting function. Such reports will be reviewed by the administration and corrected or removed if necessary. Users acknowledge that the content is based on algorithms and data analysis and does not claim to be fully historically or culturally accurate.
3.4 Manipulation of survey results, including multiple votes or the use of automated systems, is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in the immediate suspension of the respective user account.
3.5 Taking screenshots or screen recordings of survey content is prohibited. Violations will be strictly enforced and may result in legal action.

4. Donation
4.1 YekBûn may launch official donation campaigns for charitable or platform-related purposes, such as purchasing new hardware or supporting social projects.
4.2 All donation campaigns will be transparently displayed on the portal, including the current donation status and the names of donors, provided they have given their consent.
4.3 Donations are final and cannot be refunded once they have been made.

5. Events
5.1 LogiConn - YekBûn may initiate official events, which are strictly neutral informational events. Political or religious events are not permitted. LogiConn - YekBûn explicitly disclaims any content-related or organizational responsibility for such events.
5.2 Organizers are fully responsible for complying with all governmental regulations and security requirements. LogiConn - YekBûn assumes no liability for violations or incidents.
5.3 Event tickets may be sold directly through YekBûn. YekBûn acts solely as an intermediary and assumes no liability for cancellations or changes made by the event organizer.
5.4 All events must be conducted transparently. Organizers are required to provide all relevant information and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
5.5 Capturing screenshots or screen recordings during events organized through YekBûn is prohibited. Violations will be prosecuted and may result in legal consequences.
5.6 In the event of violations of event guidelines, YekBûn reserves the right to cancel events or exclude the organizer from future activities.

- Cultivated Users: Paid membership with extended rights, including the ability to create advertisements.
- Academics: Premium membership with unrestricted access to all features, including extensive service offerings and management capabilities.
1.3 LogiConn - YekBûn reserves the right to adjust, expand, or restrict the "Service and Offerings" section at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes in a timely manner.
1.4 LogiConn - YekBûn processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Data generated through the use of this section will be anonymized or aggregated to minimize privacy concerns.

2. Search for Services
2.1 Users can search for services offered by other users through the platform.
2.2 Users can also create search requests for desired services to find suitable providers.
2.3 LogiConn - YekBûn assumes no responsibility for the content, quality, or availability of offered or requested services. Responsibility lies solely with the users who provide this content.
2.4 Users can refine their search using specific filters (e.g., category, price, location).
2.5 Refunds for paid search requests are not provided unless a technical error on the platform has prevented the request from being processed properly.
2.6 Search requests that violate applicable laws or community guidelines will be removed. Users who repeatedly violate these rules may be suspended.

3. Add Services
3.1 Cultivated Users and Academics can offer services on the platform. All applicable legal provisions must be observed.
3.2 All service details must be truthful and complete. False or misleading descriptions may result in account suspension.
3.3 Services that violate applicable laws, ethical standards, or community guidelines are strictly prohibited.
3.4 LogiConn - YekBûn reserves the right to remove service listings without prior notice if they violate the guidelines.
3.5 Repeated violations may result in permanent exclusion from the platform.

4. Add Advertisement
4.1 Users can create paid advertisements to highlight their services. Costs are based on the duration and visibility of the advertisement.
4.2 Users are responsible for ensuring that advertisement content is accurate, legal, and not misleading.
4.3 Advertisements that do not yield results after their expiration can be renewed or removed by the user. Automatic renewal does not occur.
4.4 LogiConn - YekBûn assumes no responsibility for the success or failure of advertisements.
4.5 It is prohibited to create advertisements containing illegal, immoral, or fraudulent offers. Violations will result in immediate removal and may lead to legal action.
4.6 The platform reserves the right to review advertisements and remove them without prior notice if they violate guidelines.

5. Refunds
5.1 Refunds for advertisement costs will not be issued unless the advertisement was not published properly due to a platform error.
5.2 Refunds for paid search requests will not be issued unless a technical platform error prevented proper processing.
5.3 Users have 14 days after creating an advertisement or search request to file a complaint if there were issues with publication. Users must provide appropriate evidence of the issue.

6. Violations and Sanctions
6.1 Users who violate these GTC may have their accounts suspended or deleted.
6.2 Any misuse of the platform, including creating multiple accounts or publishing misleading advertisements, will be strictly enforced.
6.3 LogiConn - YekBûn reserves the right to take legal action against users who violate applicable laws or these GTC.
6.4 Users who repeatedly violate the guidelines will be permanently excluded from the platform. Complaints about violations can be submitted via the provided reporting function.
6.5 In cases of severe violations, such as publishing fraudulent or illegal content, LogiConn - YekBûn reserves the right to file criminal charges and inform the relevant authorities.
