2. Mission Statement and Objectives

YekBun represents a new, responsible generation of social platforms.
The goal is to promote truth, knowledge, culture, human dignity, and dialogue – free from political manipulation, hate, or disinformation.

YekBun is committed to conducting all operations in compliance with international data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, UAE Cyberlaw) and will publicly inform about security-related adjustments.

3. Transparency and Legal Security

a) Compliance with Laws:
YekBun respects the sovereignty of all states and adheres to applicable law.
For official requests, the platform reviews each measure for legal basis and compatibility with human rights.
Legally unclear requests will be rejected or implemented with regional restrictions.
b) User Security:
All data transfers occur via encrypted connections.
Sensitive information (e.g., identification or certificate data) is processed exclusively internally and not shared with third parties.
Only authorized employees bound by confidentiality agreements have access to such data.
c) Transparent Moderation:
Every content review or blocking is documented with a clear timestamp and decision note.
YekBun regularly publishes transparency reports that anonymously disclose official requests, deletions, and moderation statistics.
d) Protection against State or Political Abuse:
YekBun upholds freedom of information and protects journalistic work.
Content is not removed based on political or national interests but is exclusively reviewed according to legal and ethical criteria.

4. User Roles and Verification

YekBun uses a multi-level user and verification system to ensure quality and responsibility.
Each user role is clearly defined and subject to specific rights and obligations.

YekBun General Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for YekBun

§ 1 – Scope of Application

1.1
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of the platform YekBun, a product of LogiConn.tech Group.
The platform offers various services and functions, including social networking, multimedia content, service offerings, and cultural areas.
By registering and using the platform, the user agrees to these GTC.

1.2
YekBun distinguishes between three user types:

• Educated Users: Free membership with limited functionality.
• Cultivated Users: Paid membership with extended rights, e.g., interaction and creation of own content.
• Academic Users: Premium membership with unrestricted access to all functions as well as extended possibilities (e.g., creating and managing own channels).
1.3
LogiConn.tech – YekBun reserves the right to make changes or adjustments to the platform and its functions.
Substantial changes will be communicated to users in a timely manner.
Continued use after the effective date of such changes is considered acceptance, unless the user explicitly objects.

§ 2 – Security

2.1
LogiConn.tech – YekBun implements technical and organizational measures to ensure the data security of users. These include encryption technologies, access controls, and regular security audits.
2.2
Despite comprehensive security measures, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Users are obliged to keep their access data confidential and not to pass it on to third parties.
2.3
In the event of a security incident, affected users will be informed immediately.
All necessary measures to resolve the problem and avoid future risks will be initiated promptly.
2.4 Liability for System Availability:
LogiConn.tech – YekBun is not liable for temporary unavailability, data loss, or system failures, unless these are based on intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

§ 3 – User Obligations

3.1
Users undertake to use the platform exclusively in accordance with applicable laws and these GTC.

3.2
It is prohibited to create, upload, or share content that:

• is illegal (e.g., hate speech, violence, pornography),
• involves false identities or fraudulent intentions,
• violates third-party rights (e.g., copyright, data protection).
3.3
Users may not upload or distribute private pictures or videos of third parties without their explicit consent.
Violations may lead to immediate deletion, blocking, or legal action.
3.4
Violations of these obligations may result in sanctions according to § 6.

§ 4 – User Types and Prices

4.1
YekBun offers three user types (see § 1.2).
The prices for paid memberships are indicated in the platform’s price information.
4.2
LogiConn.tech – YekBun reserves the right to adjust membership fees.
Users will be informed in advance. Changes only take effect after the expiration of the current billing period.
4.3
In case of violations of these GTC, the user’s account may be temporarily or permanently blocked.
Already paid membership fees will not be refunded in such cases.

§ 5 – Refund Policy

5.1
Refunds for membership fees or other paid services are generally not granted, except in cases of demonstrable technical errors caused by LogiConn.tech – YekBun.
5.2
Refunds for user fees or search queries are only made if a platform error has significantly impaired usage.
Applications must be submitted within 14 days after the occurrence of the problem with submission of suitable evidence.
5.3
No pro-rata refund will be made for premature termination of an annual membership.
After expiration of the term, the user can decide not to renew the membership – their account will then automatically be downgraded to “Educated User”.
5.4
LogiConn.tech – YekBun assumes no liability for refund claims based on disappointed expectations.

§ 6 – Violations and Sanctions

6.1
Users who violate these GTC may be temporarily or permanently blocked.

6.2 Serious violations, in particular:

• Publication of fraudulent or illegal content,
• Use of the platform for criminal purposes,
• Multiple accounts under false identity,

lead to permanent blocking and, if applicable, legal action.

6.3
Complaints about violations can be submitted via the integrated reporting function.
All complaints are reviewed internally and confidentially.
6.4
LogiConn.tech – YekBun reserves the right to report serious violations to the competent law enforcement authorities.
6.5
Users can terminate their membership at any time via the account settings.
Access remains until the end of the current billing period.

§ 7 – Data Security

7.1
LogiConn.tech – YekBun performs regular data backups to minimize the risk of data loss.
These backups serve exclusively for internal security purposes and cannot be used for individual restorations.
7.2
Content deleted by the user is permanently removed and cannot be restored.
Users are recommended to create their own backups.
7.3
Backups are automatically deleted after a defined retention period to comply with data protection laws.
7.4
LogiConn.tech – YekBun is not liable for data loss due to technical problems, improper use, or user errors.

§ 8 – Copyrights and Intellectual Property

8.1
All content, designs, texts, graphics, and technologies on the YekBun platform are property of LogiConn.tech Group or its licensors.
8.2
It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content of the platform without prior written permission.
8.3
Copyright or trademark infringements will be prosecuted under criminal and civil law.
8.4
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their uploaded or shared content does not violate third-party rights.
In case of violations, LogiConn.tech – YekBun is entitled to remove this content and take legal action.

§ 9 – Changes to the GTC

LogiConn.tech – YekBun reserves the right to update these GTC due to technical, legal, or organizational changes.
Substantial changes will be communicated to users in advance.
Continued use of the platform after publication is considered acceptance of the updated GTC.

§ 10 – Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

These GTC are subject to the law of the United Arab Emirates or alternatively the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict of law rules.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of LogiConn.tech Group, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

§ 11 – Severability Clause

Should a provision of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
The invalid provision shall be replaced by a regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the original.

• When an account is deleted, all associated data and content (e.g., playlists, videos, posts) are permanently deleted – unless legal retention obligations exist.

• Regular data backups serve exclusively for internal recovery purposes and are automatically deleted after a defined period.
6.5 Security Incidents
• Users and authorities will be informed immediately in case of a data breach.
• Immediate measures for containment and resolution will be initiated.

§ 10 – Final Provisions

Should a provision of this policy be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

1. Scope of Application

1.1
These Terms of Use govern the use of the news section of the YekBun platform, a project of LogiConn.tech Group.
The news section includes functions for sharing news, clips, greetings, prayers, emotions, as well as live streams.
By using or publishing content, users accept these GTC.

1.2
User Types:

• Cultivated User (free): No own publications, no live streams.
• Educated User (active): May publish content (news, clips, greetings, prayers, emotions), but cannot start live streams.
• Academic User (verified): Full access including channel management and creation of live streams.
1.3
By registering and using the platform, users acknowledge these terms.
Changes will be announced at least 30 days before taking effect; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Registration and User Account

Users must be at least 18 years old and, upon request, verify their identity.
Multiple accounts and sharing of access credentials are prohibited.
YekBun employs security checks (IP address, device ID, etc.) to prevent misuse.

3. Posts (Share News)

3.1
Educated and Academic Users may publish their own posts.
Cultivated Users have read-only rights.
3.2
Permitted content includes own texts, images, videos, and current news (“Share News”, “Share Images”, “Share Videos”, “Take Image”).

3.3
Prohibited content includes in particular:

• Illegal or violence-glorifying content,
• Discrimination, hate speech, pornographic or extremist depictions,
• Fake news or manipulation,
• Infringements of copyright, trademark, or personality rights,
• Commercial advertising without permission.
3.4
Violations lead to deletion of the post and, in case of repetition, to account blocking. Serious cases will be reported to authorities.

4. Comments

Only Educated and Academic Users may comment.
Comments must be factual and respectful; spam or advertising is prohibited.
Reported comments will be reviewed within 14 days; repeated violations lead to blocking.

5. Publication of Clips, Greetings, Prayers, and Emotions

5.1 Function Description
The news section offers the following content:

• Share Clips: short self-created videos with opinions, experiences, or culture.
• Share Greeting: Greetings and wishes to other users (e.g., birthdays, holidays, congratulations).
• Share Pray: Respectful prayers or spiritual thoughts (no missionary work or agitation).
• Share Emotion / Sympathy: Expression of compassion, condolences, or support.
• Live Stream: Real-time broadcasts with interaction – only allowed for Academic Users.

5.2 Permissions

5.3 Content Requirements

• No illegal, discriminatory, sexual, violence-related, or religious/politically inflammatory content.
• AI-generated content must be clearly marked as such.
• No violation of third-party privacy.
• Users bear full legal responsibility for their uploads.

5.4 Deletion and Sanctions

• YekBun may delete rule-violating content without prior notice.
• 1st violation = warning | 2nd = temporary block | 3rd = permanent block.
• Serious violations (e.g., violence, hate, pornography, fraud) lead immediately to permanent blocking and potentially criminal complaint.
• Live streams (only Academic Users) can be terminated immediately in case of violations.
• Deleted content will not be restored; backups serve only security purposes.

5.5 Reporting and Appeal

• Content can be reported; YekBun reviews reports within 72 hours.
• Affected users will be informed and may file an appeal within 14 days.

5.6 Transparency and Fairness

• YekBun moderates neutrally and without political influence.
• All moderation decisions are documented and regularly reviewed.
• Truthful, journalistically verified reporting will not be removed as long as it complies with applicable law.

6. Liability and Responsibility

YekBun is a host provider and not responsible for user content as long as no legal violation is known.
Publishing users are independently liable for their posts.
YekBun is not liable for damages resulting from further distribution or third-party use.

7. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the

Data will be removed after account or post deletion according to legal retention periods.

8. AI-Assisted Content and Moderation

Some texts, translations, or moderation decisions are supported by AI systems that are reviewed by human moderators.
In case of discrepancies, the human-approved decision always prevails.

GTC Multimedia Section on YekBun
General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the Multimedia Section of YekBun
A Product of LogiConn.tech Group

1. Scope of Application

These terms govern the use of the multimedia section of the YekBun platform,
operated by the LogiConn.tech Group.
The section includes music streaming, videos, live streams, channels, and AI-assisted media.
By using or publishing content, users accept these GTC.

2. User Types

Cultivated: View & listen only.
Educated: May post videos & clips, listen to music, create playlists, and use YekBun music in their own clips & stories.
Academic: Full access to live streams & channels – may also listen to YekBun music and use it in their own content, but have no access to internal AI systems or LogiSync modules.
Music upload is strictly prohibited for all users.

3. Music

3.1 Upload Prohibition
Uploading, sharing, or publishing music files (MP3, WAV, FLAC, etc.) or music videos
is prohibited for all user types, regardless of own or third-party production.
3.2 YekBun Music
May only be streamed within the app, saved in playlists, or used as background music
for own clips / stories (Educated & Academic Users).
3.3 Sources & Rights
Provided music comes from public, public domain, or licensed archives.
Due to lack of Kurdish rights management, “Cultural Fair Use” applies.
3.4 Commercial Use
External or commercial use leads to immediate blocking and potential legal action.
3.5 Removal Upon Request
Rights holders or estate administrators can request deletion with written proof of ownership;
content will be removed after review.

4. Videos

• Uploads only by Educated / Academic Users.
• No music, no rights or legal violations.
• Downloading, recording & re-uploads prohibited.
• Violations → Deletion / Blocking.

5. Live Streams

• Only Academic Users may start live streams.
• No music or illegal content.
• Real-time monitoring through moderation.
• Violations → Blocking.

6. Channels

• Academic Users: Create / Manage (after verification).
• Educated Users: Comment & Subscribe.
• Cultivated Users: View only.
• Operators liable for own content.
• False information → Blocking.
• Appeal possible within 14 days.

7. Data Protection

Processing according to the YekBun Privacy Policy
(https://logiconn.tech/yekbun-privacy-policy).
Data is only stored as long as necessary for function fulfillment.

8. Moderation & Sanctions

• Content may be removed without prior notice.
• 3-stage model: Warning → Temporary blocking → Permanent blocking (+ report to authorities).
• All measures are documented; appeal period 14 days.

9. AI Content

• Thumbnails, subtitles, texts, or translations may be AI-assisted.
• Such content is marked as “AI Generated”.
• Misleading labeling → Blocking.

10. Historical Content & AI Videos (LogiSync System)

10.1
The AI system LogiSync is an internal tool of the LogiConn.tech Group.
No user (Cultivated, Educated, Academic) has direct access.
10.2
LogiSync creates videos, images, texts, and audio on cultural and historical topics.
All copyright / usage rights belong to LogiConn.tech.
10.3 Source Basis:
Public / public domain archives, government agencies, verified libraries, and own research.
All content is reviewed for neutrality & legal compliance.
10.4 Ownership & Labeling
All LogiSync productions are property of LogiConn.tech
and are labeled with “AI Generated by LogiSync / LogiConn.tech”.
10.5 Usage & Liability
No external use or reproduction without written permission.
Violations will be prosecuted under civil or criminal law.
10.6 Complaints
Claims (e.g., personality rights) must be submitted in writing with evidence.
After review → Adjustment or deletion.

11. Final Provisions

• All rights to content & technologies belong to LogiConn.tech Group.
• Imitation / Reuse only with written permission.
• Place of jurisdiction = Company headquarters.
• Invalid clauses do not affect remaining provisions.

GTC Kurdistan Section on YekBun
YekBun – Kurdistan Section (Surveys, Complaints & Public Institutions)
Version 2025.10 – Property of LogiConn.tech Group

1. General Provisions

1.1
The Kurdistan section of YekBun serves cultural, societal, and informative participation within the regions of Rojava, Bakur, Basur, and Rojhilat, including their cities.
It includes the modules Surveys, Complaints, and Public Institutions.
1.2
The section is under the supervision of the LogiConn.tech Group and pursues no political objectives.
It serves to promote education, transparency, infrastructure, and citizen dialogue within Kurdistan.

2. Surveys

2.1
Only verified Kurdish users may participate in or evaluate surveys.
2.2
Participation and evaluation are reserved exclusively for Cultivated and Educated Users.
2.3
Non-Kurdish users are excluded from participation,
as the content relates exclusively to societal and cultural topics of the Kurdish regions.
2.4
All surveys are reviewed for objectivity, data protection, and neutrality before publication.
2.5
Results are stored anonymously and published exclusively in statistical form.
2.6
The creation, management, and publication of all surveys are solely the responsibility of the YekBun team.
Users cannot create their own surveys.
2.7
The YekBun team acts in the planning and execution of surveys
according to the content, technical, and ethical guidelines of the LogiConn.tech Group.
Topics, formulations, and results are regularly reviewed and documented
to ensure neutrality, factual accuracy, and data security.

3. Complaints (Anonymous Reports)

3.1
Complaints may only relate to local grievances and developments in Kurdistan.
Permissible topics:

• Supply and infrastructure (water, electricity, internet, roads),
• Environment, health, and education,
• Administration, public services, or societal concerns.
3.2
Complaints may only be submitted by Educated and Academic Users,
to ensure factual and comprehensible content.

3.3
Each complaint is reviewed before publication:

• automatically by AI agents of the LogiConn.tech Group,
• subsequently manually by verified moderators of the YekBun team.
3.4
Only reviewed and ethically justifiable content is published.
Inappropriate or illegal contributions are automatically deleted or blocked.
3.5
All complaints are published anonymously to ensure protection of the authors’ identity.
Data is stored encrypted and deleted after expiration of the retention period.
3.6
YekBun is not a government authority.
Published complaints serve exclusively for public documentation and awareness building.

4. Public Institutions (Universities, Schools, Administrations)

4.1
Entries for public institutions – such as universities, schools, administrations, or educational centers –
may only be created by the YekBun team in consultation with the responsible local authorities.
4.2
Each publication requires formal approval or agreement
between YekBun and the respective institution.
4.3
The inclusion of an institution does not constitute a political or economic partnership,
but serves exclusively for information, education, and cultural networking.
4.4
False, outdated, or abusive entries will be removed immediately after review.
4.5
Institutions may request deletion or updating of their own data at any time.
4.6
Data of public institutions is regularly reviewed and updated
to ensure accuracy and integrity.

5. Security and Data Protection

5.1
All data in the Kurdistan section is stored encrypted
and processed exclusively by authorized systems.
5.2
Only authorized employees or moderators bound by strict confidentiality obligations
have access to confidential information.
5.3

§ 6 – Advertising & Market Ads

YekBun does not guarantee sales success through Market Ads.

§ 7 – Refunds, Disputes & Consumer Protection

Buyers can request a return or complaint within 14 days after receipt of the goods, if the product:

2. Registration and Shop Verification

5. YekBunPay and Transaction Obligations

Each registered shop commits to:

YekBunPay serves exclusively for technical payment processing.

In case of violations against payment or transaction guidelines, the shop may be:

• Temporarily blocked,
• Permanently deactivated,
or excluded from participation in the Location service.

• The mutual rights and obligations of provider and platform,

3.
Contractual partners are the LogiConn.tech Group (“YekBun”) and the advertising customer or their agency (“Advertiser”).
4.
The YekBun Pay GTC, the Market/Location GTC and the separate special agreement “YekBun Ads Partner Agreement” apply additionally.

§2 – Definitions

Campaign: Booking consisting of advertising creatives, target audience settings and duration.
Diaspora: Kurdish users outside Rojava, Bakûr, Başûr, Rojhilat (e.g. EU, USA, Gulf states).
Ad Credit: Internal advertising credit in Zer.
Advertising Account: Verified customer account for managing campaigns and billing.

§3 – Access & Accounts

Bookings are only permitted via verified advertising accounts.

Minors may not operate advertising accounts.

§4 – Campaign Models

YekBun offers performance and delivery-based models that are internally optimized:

c) Interaction-based models (qualified user actions) without rewarding users for interactions
d) Event-based models (e.g. purchases or bookings in the market module)
2.
Internal price, bid or threshold values are not publicly communicated.

YekBun does not guarantee specific reach, placement or campaign performance.

§5 – Targeting & Regions

1.
Target audiences can be defined by regions, language, interests or user roles.
2.
Regions include Rojava, Bakûr, Başûr, Rojhilat and Diaspora.
3.
YekBun may adjust targeting options for security, data protection or legal reasons.

§6 – Creatives & Brand Safety

1.
The advertiser is responsible for the legality of content (copyright, trademark, data protection, youth protection and competition law).

Advertising for illegal services is prohibited. Discriminatory, inflammatory, violence-glorifying, pornographic, extremist or deceptive content is prohibited.
3.
YekBun reviews ads manually and with AI support and may reject, pause or delete them at any time.

§7 – Delivery & Control

Delivery occurs dynamically based on availability, quality signals and security settings.

Frequency controls limit the frequency of ads per user.

§9 – User Engagement & Ad Experience

YekBun focuses on delivering relevant and engaging advertising content to users.

User interaction with ads is voluntary and not incentivized through any reward system.

YekBun may use engagement data to improve ad relevance and targeting accuracy.

§10 – Billing & Payment Methods

All advertising campaigns are billed via YekBun Pay.
2.
Advertisers must provide sufficient credit in their advertising account.
3.
Invoices and booking confirmations are stored digitally in the dashboard.
4.
No payout in legal currency is made to advertisers; all settlements occur within the YekBun ecosystem.

§11 – Credits & Additional Charges

1.
Refunds in monetary form are excluded.
Instead, Ad Credits (advertising credits) in Zer are credited, which can be used exclusively within the YekBun system.

2.
A credit can only be made if:

a) an ad was not delivered technically,
b) an ad was rejected before delivery, or
c) a system error (over 24 h) was documented.
3.
No entitlement exists in case of rejection for quality or compliance reasons, performance deviations or termination by the advertiser.
4.
Credits are non-transferable, non-saleable and non-payable, they expire after 12 months if no new campaign is started.
5.
In case of misuse or false information, YekBun may cancel or offset credits.

Automated views, own traffic, click farms or incentivizations are prohibited.

Violations lead to immediate blocking and forfeiture of all credits.

Processing is carried out in accordance with GDPR according to the “Privacy by Design” principle.

Campaign analyses are anonymized.

§14 – Confidentiality

2. Rights & Protective Measures
a) Journalists and activists who publish content on YekBun enjoy enhanced protection against unlawful blocking, deletion, or persecution.
b) All requests from governmental authorities for disclosure of data concerning these persons undergo legal and human rights review.

• No data transfer occurs without formal legal basis, international legal assistance, or judicial order.
• Requests that are obviously politically motivated or incompatible with international standards (e.g., Article 19 and 20 of the UN Human Rights Charter) are rejected or answered restrictively.

c) YekBun collaborates with internal data protection officers, lawyers, and – if necessary – independent organizations to ensure these standards.

3. Verification & Special Status
a) Journalists and activists must verify themselves through suitable proof (press card, membership card, accreditation, or public activity).
